Punk Rock Saves Lives (PRSL) is finally launching a BLOG! We plan on having different BLOG series to go in depth of each subject the PRSL community is passionate about. Each series will have different authors (so we have different view points and experiences). We all have unique life experiences that help make us unique- we plan on highlighting those differences and experiences with our PRSL BLOG.

Every week we will have Mental Health Monday (we love alliteration) written by different authors around the world. Our objective is to help erase the stigma of Mental Health and let everyone know ITS OK NOT TO BE OK while showing others YOU ARE NOT ALONE. Below we have an introduction of one of our main mental health bloggers, Dan Falkenthal.
Afternoon everyone!
My name is Dan Falkenthal, I live in the suburbs of Chicago & have struggled with mental health my entire life.
Life while struggling with mental health is a huge challenge, which most of you may know already. Although, I would not change anything about myself or my past since it led me here. I am lucky to live the life I do today.
I am an extremely open individual when it comes to my past, struggles, and what I deal with on a daily basis. I have learned telling my story can help others go through their own struggles. If that's what it takes to help one another then I'm all ears for you.
